When you complete an order through our website, the checkout page presents the shipping methods available for your destination, together with the corresponding charges and the approximate time each service usually requires. These timelines are calculated in working days, which do not include weekends or public holidays observed in the United Kingdom or in your own country. The estimates serve as a helpful guide, but they should not be considered absolute, as the movement of parcels can be influenced by circumstances that fall beyond our ability to manage.
The projected delivery window reflects the time frame our delivery partners typically need to transport parcels from our facility to your address. While the precise estimate you see at checkout is tailored to your order, the broader expectations for delivery speeds remain relatively consistent. Within the United Kingdom, standard service generally arrives in about four working days, whereas DHL’s express service shortens this to roughly three working days. Customers who qualify for next day delivery may receive their parcels the following working day. Shipments destined for European countries often take around eight working days when sent via the standard network, with express options averaging about four working days. International destinations outside Europe tend to require eight to fourteen working days for the standard tier and around six working days if an express service is selected. Should your order include customized elements—such as embroidery—an extra three working days may be required before dispatch, allowing time for personalisation to be completed to a high standard.
Next day delivery is available solely for UK addresses. To take advantage of this service, orders must be submitted before 2 pm Monday through Friday. These are dispatched the same day, with delivery expected on the next working day. Purchases made after 2 pm are treated as orders placed the following working day, meaning the parcel will arrive one day later. When ordering on a Friday, anything placed before the 2 pm cut-off will be sent out immediately and typically arrive on Monday. Any order submitted after that time will not leave our facility until Monday, making Tuesday the anticipated delivery date. Next day shipments require a signature from someone present at the delivery address. During times of increased order volume, dispatch schedules may adjust slightly.
Delivery estimates may change as the result of unpredictable events. Weather disruptions, transportation strikes, customs delays, or emergency conditions can influence travel routes and slow down delivery. Some destinations naturally require longer transit times due to distance or limited courier access. Within the UK, locations such as the Scottish Highlands, the Orkney or Shetland Islands, the Isle of Man, Oban, Inverness, Western Isles, BFPO addresses, and the Isles of Scilly typically take longer to reach. Delivery to PO boxes or military mail systems such as APO or FPO addresses is not supported. Northern Ireland deliveries operating under the next day service often require an extra working day, while parcels heading to the Channel Islands or Highlands may need one or two additional working days because of security or routing checks.
All delivery timeframes provided during checkout are intended as planning tools rather than guarantees. Our couriers work hard to meet the stated goals, but real-world variables may occasionally cause deviations. Customers are encouraged to place orders with reasonable time allowances, particularly during seasonal peaks or when sending items to remote locations, to ensure expectations remain aligned with the realities of international and domestic logistics.
